Underglow Matcha Melting Cleansing Balm (16g): Turn the base clockwise to grind and dispense your perfect ribbon of cleanser. Gently massage the balm onto dry skin all over the face - it's safe to use around the delicate eye area! Add a splash of warm water to transform the balm into a milky emulsion and continue massaging. Rinse thoroughly.
